With a broad experience base of  weld controllers, such as Pertron, Robotron, Entron, Medar, Technitron, and others, we have the ability to create successful weld schedules on most machines that are adequate for the job.  Drawing on the knowledge gained from hundreds of setups on different spot weld and projection welding jobs, we can assist with new setups or "problem" components.
PPAP
With pressure gauges and weld monitors we can assist with procedure documentation for your Production Part Approval Process.
Robotics
We also have a tech experienced in robotic welding; both spot welding and mig welding with Fanuc and Panasonic robots.
Programming
Help is available with RS Logix and HMIs .  You can re-use obsolete special builds with upgrades and reprogramming.

Assistance and collaboration on sensors and linear detection to integrate
error proofing into the welding process.
